Collaborative Marriage Planning takes the
Collaborative Dispute Resolution process and applies
it to the formation of couple’s relationships.

It uses the team of collaborative professionals – lawyers for each party,
plus a facilitator/coach  – but changes the focus from managing the
conflict associated with dissolution of the relationship, wedding-rings-marriage-planningto building communication and conflict management skills through the development of a 3-5 year marriage plan and partnership agreement.
